We recently moved here from Kansas City, MO. so I can be a bit of a BBQ Princess. Dickey's is the best around and the flavor is wonderful. Always hot and the staff is so accommodating and professional. Reeves should get a Gold Star for how well he runs this location. Always has a positive attitude and is one of the hardest working people I know. He goes out of his way to make sure you are pleased with your order and truly represents Dickey's well. Keep up the good work Reeves and staff.

Me and my family went there today because we tried it a few years ago and we liked it.... well today we all agreed to NEVER come back. Here are a few reasons why
1. It was not cleaned properly.
When I walked in my shoes instantly were sticky and when I put my arms down on the table they where also sticky.
2. The service was bad
When we arrived there was maybe one costumer in line... so we ordered it took 15 minutes to get to the register. They where only making our food at the time which was five orders of made to order bbq.
3. We payed around 38$ for bbq for 2 bbq sandwich meals one slider kids meal and a side of Mac and cheese and not one person in my family enjoyed there food.
I hope you find my review helpful I would not recommend dickeys bbq -

Come on folks. There isn't even a kitchen on sight. I visited this CHAIN RESTAURANT for the first time in DFW airport. I don't know why I didn't remember that awful experience. The staff was nice and the store was clean but the food is second rate at best as it's heated up packaged barbecue. Save your money. Not worth $$.

Pitiful. One of the worst dining experiences ever. Staff was more concerned with telling everyone how rough the day had been. They didn't have any brisket. Chose pulled pork, kielbasa and ribs instead, and all were cold. Mac and cheese was not hot either. Cashier was incompetent and actually had to ask me what meats I got, so I explained to her what was in the plates. Lemonade from drink machine was not working correctly and was only spitting out what seems to be the concentrated mix. Tables were dirty and sweet sauce dispenser was not filled. Other Dickey's I have ate at had a soft serve ice cream dispenser and apparently this one does not or it is out of service for the day. I have always been satisfied with the food and service at other Dickey's locations. This was my first time at this location and it was most likely my last. I wouldn't waste my time eating there, since there are too many other restaurants in the area that pride themselves on customer satisfaction. 6:00 PM 3-15-2019

We stopped in at 8:30 when the restaurant closes at 9. I get it, you're ready to go home, but that's no reason to treat customers rudely and act like it's an inconvenience to wait on them. We were going to eat in, but took it to go because we felt unwelcome.
On top of that, we paid $22 for hardly any food. The caesar salad side is about 2 ounces of salad. The jalapeno kielbasa sliders (pictured) are a joke. Two small slices of kielbasa, really? Save your money and go somewhere that will welcome you and actually fill your stomach.
